Assuring Your Comfort, LLC is dedicated to providing technical support to the home owner for a long as they own the home. Lead inspector, Rod Kunkel, is certified with AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training), the largest home inspector training organization in the United States.
Rod Kunkel is an active member of MAHI (Minnesota Association of Home Inspectors) dedicated to the education, success, and improvement of every member and to the integrity of the home inspection profession. MAHI offers monthly continuing education to further enhance the quality of home inspections.
About the owner:
Rod Kunkel has a Bachelors Degree in Engineering as well as twenty years of part-time handyman experience repairing and improving homes. His goal is to guide the home owner to provide a safe and comfortable living experience for the owner and all occupants.
All homes require regular maintenance and repairs. Education and coaching are two essential strategies to ensure the most comfortable living experience in the future.
